OUR STORY
Where it all began
Circle of Heroes was founded to provide a nurturing space for those touched by loss. Here, we believe in the power of community to come together to heal and find strength in times of need.
Our founder, Perry Hiiman, who lost his father when he was 9 months old, is the passionate leader of Circle of Heroes. Perry and his wife Shirley have been an active part of the bereaved families community in New York and Israel for many years. In 2024 they decided to deepen their involvement and address specific community needs through exclusive programs, including support circles, women’s wellness circles, social gatherings, holiday celebrations, Shabbat dinners, and other uplifting activities.
